Stream overlays demo | Forecaster HQ

Stream overlays

Look like a 24/7 storm stream. No code.

Each graphic is one link you paste into OBS as a browser source. Warnings come from the NWS for your counties, the map is your latest published forecast, and every screen points viewers back to your page. Switch scenes, chat as a viewer, run the stream from the phone, or let a warning switch scenes for you.

How a forecaster sets it up

About two minutes, no GitHub, no scripts, no API keys.

    1. Pick your counties and a themeChoose the counties you cover, then a theme. The ticker, counts and alerts only show warnings in your area.
    2. Copy the links, connect your chatAdd each link in OBS as a browser source. Type your Twitch channel name once and the chat commands work.
    3. Go live and keep forecastingNew warnings slide in and switch scenes on their own. Publish a forecast update and the map changes on stream.

Mockup. Plains Storm Desk, its viewers and its sponsors are made up, and the warnings, times, counties and readings are sample data.
