Weather forecasts published on the Service are user-generated predictions and should not be used as the sole basis for safety decisions. Always consult official weather services (such as the National Weather Service) for severe weather warnings and emergency information. Forecaster HQ and its operators are not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on user-generated forecasts.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
