A Miller-B cyclone will track across the mid-Atlantic, spreading moderate to heavy snow from the Delaware Valley to the Lehigh Valley. Philadelphia metro sees a strong 4-8 inch event with higher amounts north. The I-95 corridor rain/snow line stays just south of the city.
