Your page · How email capture works and how to manage your subscriber list.

How email capture works

Every published forecast page includes an email capture form at the bottom. When a viewer enters their email (and optionally their name), they're added to your subscriber list. They'll be associated with you as a forecaster - not a specific forecast.

Subscriber dashboard

Access your subscriber list from the sidebar under Subscribers. You can:

  • Search - by email address or name
  • Inline edit - any subscriber's email or name by clicking on them
  • Select multiple - subscribers with checkboxes for bulk actions
  • Bulk delete - selected subscribers
  • View - when each subscriber signed up

    • CSV export

    Click Export CSV to download your follower list (Pro). The export includes:

  • Email address
  • Name (if provided)
  • Signup date

    • Use this to import into your email tool of choice (ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Beehiiv, etc.) or keep as a backup.

    CSV import

    You can also import subscribers from a CSV file. Drag and drop a CSV onto the import area or click to browse. Your CSV needs:

  • An email column (required)
  • An optional name column

    • Maximum file size is 5MB or 5,000 rows per import. After import, you'll see a summary of how many subscribers were added, skipped (duplicates), or had errors.

    Subscriber privacy

  • Subscriber emails are only visible to you
  • Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via a one-click unsubscribe link
  • We never share subscriber data with third parties
