Indiana

Nine regions on county lines: Northwest Indiana, North Central Indiana, Northeast Indiana, West Central Indiana, Indianapolis area, East Central Indiana, Southwest Indiana, South Central Indiana and Southeast Indiana.

In the editor each region takes a level with one click. When one region needs more detail, split it into its counties and set them one by one; merge it back when they agree.
