Mississippi

Ten regions on county lines: The Delta, North Mississippi, Northeast Mississippi, Golden Triangle, Jackson metro, Central Mississippi, Southwest Mississippi, South Central MS, Southeast Mississippi and Gulf Coast.

In the editor each region takes a level with one click. When one region needs more detail, split it into its counties and set them one by one; merge it back when they agree.
