Tennessee

Eight regions on county lines: Tri-Cities, Chattanooga area, Knoxville area, Cumberland Plateau, Nashville area, Middle Tennessee, Memphis area and West Tennessee.

In the editor each region takes a level with one click. When one region needs more detail, split it into its counties and set them one by one; merge it back when they agree.
