Each storm is graded on the forecaster's own published ranges: a region is verified when at least 5 reports fall inside it and one or more lands in the range. HRRR, the model under their map, is read at those same reports, and its median over each region is what it said there, as the editor reads it: a storm beats it when a region verified and the HRRR's median there fell outside the range. It never changes the grade.

Nobody has 3 storms scored this season yet.

The consensus map

The current snow maps of the forecasters ranked here, blended by how often the reports verified them and drawn at the middle of the blended range. No model is mixed in.

No forecaster with a scored record has a current snow map anywhere.
